In The Acoustic Centre's 20+ year history we've had some very distinguished clients (Dr. Brian May, David Gilmour, John Entwistle, Johnny Marr, Pete Townshend, Dave Stewart, Justin Sullivan, Richard Thompson and Pete Doherty) and we are committed to ensuring that, regardless of what you buy or how much you spend, you will get the same great service that our professional customers get.
Online payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit cards.
All sales transactions are processed on our behalf by Barclaycard ePDQ CPI - a robust, world class system for online card transactions that provides you with a fast, efficient payment solution and the complete assurance of 128 bit end-to-end SSL encryption.
Once you have finalised your purchase choice and entered your delivery details and clicked through to checkout, you will be transferred to a dedicated hosted page where your payment will be processed. When the authorisation procedure is complete, you will be returned to the Acoustic Centre website for confirmation that your order has been received.

If authorisation of your credit or debit card has not been successful - for whatever reason - please refer to your bank or credit card provider for clarification as we will be unable to provide you with further details.
Please note that, in the interests of maintaining maximum personal security, The Acoustic Centre does not retain customer credit card details.
A NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Many banks and credit unions in the USA apply an AUTOMATIC BLOCK to any foreign transactions, so customers are advised to contact their bank in advance to check the status of their account and, if necessary, arrange for any such block to be temporarily lifted and avoid the transaction being declined.

Pricing & Currency
Prices throughout the Acoustic Centre website are displayed by default in UK Pounds and inclusive of UK VAT, which applies to all orders dispatched to destinations within the United Kingdom.
For the convenience of customers in Europe, the USA and Australia, prices can also be displayed in Euros US or Australian dollars by clicking on the corresponding flag icons at the top of each page.
These values are updated daily to reflect the approximate prevailing exchange rate but customers are advised that these prices should be used as a guideline only as we cannot guarantee the exchange rate that your bank or credit card provider may apply when processing your payment.
International Export Price - Save 20%
From January 1st, 2021 ALL orders shipped outside of the UK will be zero-rated for domestic sales tax.
Customers in the European Union, United States Of America, Australia and worldwide should therefore refer to the EXPORT PRICE displayed on each product, which includes an effective tax-free 20% discount (in addition to any other promotional or standard discount).
